Tobias Scheinert is a researcher at the “Deutsche Telekom Chair of Communication Networks” at TU Dresden since June 2023. His research interests include Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), reinforcement learning in communication networks for low latency communication, and 5G-TSN.
He was born in Dippoldiswalde, Germany and studied at the Technische Universität Dresden where he received his degree “Diplom-Ingenieur” (Dipl.-Ing.) in electrical engineering in 2023.
